We ship both within the United States and internationally. International transit times vary and typically run 7 to 14 business days, and customs clearance can add time. Temperature-sensitive compounds cannot ship to P.O. boxes; bacteriostatic water and other non-temperature-sensitive supplies can. When in doubt, use a physical address.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information when it ships.

All lyophilized peptides and temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with insulated cold-chain packaging including ice packs to maintain compound integrity during transit. This packaging is designed to maintain appropriate temperatures for standard shipping durations.

Non-temperature-sensitive items (Bacteriostatic Water, amino acids at room temperature) ship in standard packaging without cold packs.

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail. Carrier selection depends on your location, order contents, and selected shipping speed. Estimated transit times:

• Standard: 3–5 business days
• Expedited: 2 business days
• Overnight: Next business day

Transit time estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Meridian Research is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, volume surges, or other factors outside our control.

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@meridianresearchllc.net.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@meridianresearchllc.net and we will send a replacement at no cost under our Replacement Guarantee (see Refund Policy). For a package the carrier marks delivered but you did not receive, we will help you file a claim with the carrier. This does not apply to orders seized, refused, or held by customs or regulatory authorities.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Meridian Research is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for packages returned to us due to an undeliverable address. Reshipping fees may apply for returned packages.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that importing, possessing, or using the purchased compounds is legal in your jurisdiction. Meridian Research is not responsible for orders seized, delayed, or refused by regulatory authorities. No refund will be issued for orders refused by or seized by regulatory or customs authorities.
