Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 6, 2026
Company registration details are being finalized
This document has been reviewed and is the operative version. A few registration details are still being entered and appear below as bracketed ALL-CAPS terms; those specific items are not yet statements of fact. Everything else on this page applies as written.
This statement describes a conformance target and an honest current status. It is not an audit result and not a conformance claim.
Conformance Target
Meridian Research is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That is a target, not a claim: no independent accessibility audit of this site has been completed, so we do not state that the site conforms today. This page describes what is in place, what has not been verified, and how to reach a person if something is not usable for you.
1. Our Conformance Target
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the standard most commonly referenced by U.S. and EU accessibility requirements, and it is the bar we are building against.
We do not currently claim conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. A conformance claim requires evaluation, and ours has not been completed. Stating a target we are working toward is accurate; stating conformance we have not verified would not be.
2. What Is in Place Today
The following accessibility features are implemented across the site:
- A skip link, so keyboard users can jump straight to the main content without stepping through the navigation on every page.
- A visible focus indicator on interactive elements, so it is always clear where keyboard focus is.
- Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference: when it is set, the site's entrance and reveal animations do not run.
- Semantic HTML structure — a single page heading, headings in order, landmark regions, and labelled navigation.
- The current page is marked in the navigation for assistive technology, not by color alone.
- Light and dark palettes built from a shared set of color tokens that were designed against the WCAG AA text contrast ratios.
- Content that reflows rather than requiring horizontal scrolling, with wide data tables scrolling inside their own container instead of the page.
3. What Has Not Been Verified
We would rather list the gaps than imply there are none. As of the date on this page:
- No independent, third-party accessibility audit has been carried out. Our assessment is self-evaluation only.
- The site has not been systematically tested against screen readers or other assistive technologies across browsers and platforms.
- Color contrast was designed against the AA ratios but has not been measured across every state of every component.
- Third-party components embedded in the site — in particular the payment provider's checkout buttons — are outside our direct control, and we have not audited them.
- Certificate of analysis and safety data sheet documents are PDFs supplied by testing laboratories and suppliers. They may not be tagged for accessibility. If you need the analytical data from any of these documents in another format, ask us and we will provide it.
- The analytical specification tables and the printable vial label are dense by design; they have not been evaluated for readability with magnification.
4. Tell Us About a Barrier
If any part of this site is not usable for you, or if you need information from it in a different format, contact us at support@meridianresearchllc.net. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using, if you know them.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and to tell you what we can do and when. If a fix will take time, we will offer an alternative way to get the information or complete the task in the meantime — including placing an order with our help.
Reporting a barrier is not a complaint procedure and does not affect your rights.
5. How We Assess Accessibility
Our current approach is self-evaluation during development: semantic structure and keyboard operability are reviewed as pages are built, and automated checks run as part of our development process. Self-evaluation catches structural problems; it does not substitute for testing with real assistive technology or for an independent audit. Both are planned and neither has been completed.
6. Technical Information
This site relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It is designed to work with current versions of major browsers together with the assistive technology those browsers support. Some functionality — adding to the cart, checkout, and the consent controls — requires JavaScript to be enabled.
7. Scope and Status of This Statement
This statement applies to the Meridian Research storefront at this domain. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, or documents supplied by testing laboratories and suppliers.
This statement is a description of our target and our current status. It is not a legal determination of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, the European Accessibility Act, or any other law, and it has not been reviewed by counsel.
We will revise this statement as accessibility work progresses, and at minimum whenever an audit or a substantial change to the site is completed.
